GEM+4242 組合交換機適合安裝到氣動操作的線性執行器。它使用微處理器控制、智能位置傳感器和模擬旅行傳感器系統。組合開關盒專為中小型標價尺寸和筆畫設計，尺寸從 2 到 30 mm 不等。組合交換機盒具有集成的 3/2 路導引閥。-標準開放和封閉反饋-快速安裝和初始化的快速AP功能-高可見性位置指示器-可調節的交換點容差-廣泛的診斷設施-本地或遠程編程通過編程輸入-簡單和快速安裝-可以改裝為創業板閥門或第三方執行器

概述三步電動閥門的微處理器控制器，48x96 / 96x96 （1/8DIN - 1/4DIN） 尺寸。該儀器采用 SM 技術制造，提供完整的操作員界面，由 Lexan 膜保護，可確保 IP65 級面板保護。它有4個鍵，兩個綠色LED顯示屏，每個顯示器有4位數字，4個紅色指示LED的4個邏輯或中繼輸出，另外3個LED是可編程的，以指示儀器的各種操作狀態。10 個引紅色條形圖指示可與用于控制、輸入、偏差或閥門位置的模擬輸出相關聯。過程變量的主要輸入是通用的，并提供了連接多種輸入傳感器的可能性：熱電偶、電阻溫度計、溫度計、線性輸入、電阻計，所有這些都有可能使用面板鍵進行定義的自定義線性化。輸入類型從面板鍵中選擇，無需外部分流器或適配器?？梢允褂猛ㄟ^上面兩個點定義的線性函數激活輸入的校正。提供第二個輔助隔離模擬輸入，也可以配置為線性輸入或氣門位置反饋的電位計?？梢耘渲?2 個可用的孤立數字輸入，以選擇最多 4 個本地設置點：啟動、停止和重置內部限時器;自動/人，定位/雷姆功能;警報內存重置;輸入保持功能。此儀器具有多達 4 個 relé（3A、250V）或邏輯 （12Vdc，20mA） 輸出，其中 2 個將專用于打開/關閉閥門功能
